About This Website

Lumens Solutions Photography is my opportunity to showcase my amateur photography.

My name is Eric Grivel, I am a software developer, married, and have two sons.

One of my hobbies is photography. I have been taking photos since I got my first camera for my 13th birthday, but have been really bitten by the “photography bug” after getting my first digital camera, a Nikon D70, in the fall of 2004.

I have since upgraded to the Nikon D300 semi-professional camera body, and have acquired a series of lenses, flash, and other accessories. I have been, and still am, learning how to use these tools.
